Manufacturer certificates, mill test certificates, calibration and test reports and approvals are provided where applicable to the product and order.

Make, model, specification, quantity, documentation and marking are checked against the client's purchase order before dispatch.

Pre-dispatch inspection, third-party or client inspection when specified, and controlled document submittals with revision tracking.

Commitment to applicable national and international standards, project specifications and client requirements for every order.

Suitable packing, preservation, labelling and handling of sensitive instruments and materials, with safe loading, transport and site delivery.

How We Control Quality

From Order to Delivery

Order review — technical and commercial requirements of the purchase order are reviewed and confirmed before placement with the manufacturer.
Approved sources — products are sourced from original manufacturers or their authorised channels.
Inspection — pre-dispatch checks against the PO; third-party or client inspection is arranged when specified.
Documentation — certificates, test reports, packing lists and dossiers are compiled, checked and controlled by revision.
Traceability — records link each item to its manufacturer, batch / serial number, PO and delivery.
Feedback — non-conformities are recorded, corrected and used to improve our process.
